Approach
Charles combines the latest and most effective psychological and energy techniques to help people make rapid progress with their emotional and psychological problems.
For example, he will do some or more of these according to what you want and feel comfortable with: talk through your problem with you to develop a shared understanding and open up new insights and opportunities for change; provide you with a variety of simple self-help techniques; give you energy treatments to clear underlying emotions and lift your spirits; teach you how to use hypnosis and then use it with you to make changes in the subconscious programming; use a variety of specific techniques to clear bad memories and overcome fears; show you visualisation techniques to help you take control of events and relationships; give you a remedy to take away.
Conditions
Charles helps people to overcome low confidence, low self-esteem, stress, traumas, phobias, anxiety, depression, anger, loss, relationship issues, sleep problems and any other emotional or psychological problem.
Other
Charles is available to see people at Callistherapy on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 7pm - last appointment at 6pm. Some Saturday morning appointments are available during the winter. If you want to come for a free preliminary consultation before deciding whether to go ahead, just let the receptionist know when you book in: allow about half an hour for this. Normal appointments are one hour in length. Normally people start to see benefit after the first full session; three to six weekly or fortnightly appointments are required to resolve most problems, including trauma and low self-esteem. Obviously mental health problems of long duration and serious addictions tend to take rather longer. Those requiring longer term treatment or in difficult financial circumstances can negotiate over the price, which is £35 per session; you will need to come for a preliminary consultation for this. If you have any questions, you can ring Charles on 01933 224454.
