Sarah specialises in pure hypnoanalysis for more deep seated emotional problems. Pure hypnoanalysis treats the root cause of the problem rather than managing the symptoms. Sarah uses pure hypnoanalysis to treat phobias, emetophobia (fear of being sick), vaginismus, premature ejaculation, relationship problems, sexual problems, shy bladder, bulimia, panic attacks, stress, anxiety, addictions, losing weight, emotional eating problems and many emotional and anxiety based problems.
Sarah uses clinical hypnotherapy for the more simple problems and symptoms such as: stopping smoking, losing weight, confidence boosting, driving test nerves, exam nerves or dentist nerves. Clinical hypnotherapy is suitable for lifestyle changes that have a low level of stress or anxiety.
