Energy Dynamics
Discover how working with the health in your body can bring about wholeness by using techniques from craniosacral therapy, reflexology, Bach Flower Remedies and colour therapy. You will be working in the present moment to feel physical and emotional tensions held in the body and finding ways of bringing the health in the body into these areas of tension. Just by letting go of thoughts, deepening your listening skills and entering stillness in “being and not doing”. To do this you will practise breathing, grounding, resourcing and relaxation techniques.
Hand Reflexology
Enjoy a fun day learning practical techniques to use on yourself, family and friends. Boost energy levels and enhance well-being, or simply massage away the stress and tensions of everyday life and go home a new relaxed you.
Bring a hand towel, E45 cream or similar.
Colour Therapy
A fun day playing with colour to enhance your health and well-being. Using various colour materials you will explore the meaning of colour, how colour affects moods and how colour can promote health, vitality and relaxation.
Techniques will include working with the rainbow chart, breathing colour, sending colour to oneself or another, affirmations, meditation and colouring a mandala.
Bring an A4 notepad, a multicoloured pack of pencils or felt-tip pens, plus any coloured materials which you may already have at home, e.g. fabric, ribbons, paper, beads, scarf, crystals and candles.
