What are Bach Flower Remedies?

Bach Flower Remedies are a form of homoeopathic medicine devised by Dr Edward Bach to work on the difficult emotions that often give rise to distress and illness. They are drops you take in the mouth and are completely harmless and do not interfere with any medication you may be taking. There are thirty-eight different remedies for different moods, feelings and personality types.

What happens during a consultation?

You describe how you are feeling and how you are reacting to your current situation. The practitioner will help you select up to six or seven remedies which are mixed together for you to take away and use on a daily basis. Further consultations may be required at intervals of a few weeks to adjust the choice of remedies as you make progress.

Who is it for?

The remedies are very useful for all kinds of stress, bereavement, anxiety, low confidence and other emotional and mental difficulties. Children and babies respond very well to the remedies.
