Arch pain in the foot, heel pain or discomfort around the ball of the foot. It may also be useful for lower back, knee and groin pain, in fact any pain in the lower limb or feet. Sometimes the foot may need some help in the form of an orthotic device (insole) to be worn in your footwear. These are made available to suit all budgets and may only be required for a temporary amount of time to see an improvement in your pain.
